Access to the Villa is strictly limited to registered guests. If a guest intends to invite non-registered visitors to the Villa, they must obtain written consent from us. Such visits will be subject to additional fees and terms and conditions determined

Guests must ensure that no flammable, explosive, or otherwise illegal items, which could be detrimental to health, are brought into or stored within the Villa.

The Villa and its staff disclaim any responsibility for claims, expenses, financial or property loss or damage resulting from injuries, accidents, deaths, delays, alterations, or inconveniences, regardless of the cause. This includes, but is not limited to, issues such as airline scheduling, defaults, strikes, terrorism, war, hostilities, civil disturbances, power outages, encounters with animals or pests, quarantines, epidemics, pandemics, or acts of God. Please note that we do not assume liability for injuries, accidents, or deaths related to swimming pools, falling coconuts, or any other incidents on the premises or in the vicinity.

The owner of the Villa and its staff are not responsible for the safety, loss, theft, or damage of any guest's belongings while staying at the Villa.

Intermittent power cuts and load shedding may occur in the Villa's area. We request guests' cooperation in these situations, and please note that refunds will not be provided for government or power supply company-initiated power cuts.

The property is nestled amidst nature. Despite regular pest control measures, insects and other animals can access the house. Guests are urged to keep doors and windows closed and take necessary precautions for their personal protection.
